The customer is a leading manufacturer of precision instruments, based in Europe.

The Requirement

The customer approached Outsource2india to tap the expertise of our Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) division, or more precisely, the online research / market research services that we offer.

The Challenge

The company was trying to establish their presence in India, and towards this end, required the details of various dealers in the country who dealt with the same or similar products as those they manufactured (precision instruments). The requirement was in the domain of Dealer Mapping.

We were given the job of mining the contact information of about 5,000 dealers across India. The information had to be sourced from credible sources - this was a very critical requirement. The customer had a validation mechanism in place to identify duplicate contact information of dealers; so, producing accurate contact information was of the highest priority.

This vast amount of information had to be mined and collated within a very short turn-around time.
