The client has created an innovative platform for sales personnel to support customers with customized drink menus and point of sale materials.
The client required an outsourcing partner to design drink menus using templates. The menus were to be used as table cards at restaurants/bars and more. To save cost the client wanted to offshore this requirement to India.
O2I's creative resources analyzed the client's need and scheduled one hour telephonic training for one designated O2I design resource. The client transferred four pre-designed drink menu templates via Dropbox and enabled our access to the web interface with secure login credentials.
The interface contained the images and content to be included onto the drinks menus. It also contained guidelines on the required menu design. O2I's designers referred to the guidelines and successfully completed the menus.
The client expressed satisfaction at the result and signed a full-time ongoing contract to outsource sixty drink menu templates to O2I on a weekly basis. O2I's resource creates twelve drink menu designs per day, using the client provided templates, working at six business hours a day.
The client emailed us expressing their gratitude at our assistance in reducing their design backlog.
