We believe that to obtain the best possible results during the first molding process, a mold flow analysis is a must. Although the analysis increases the cost of the project, it is a one-time expense only and ensures that there is no slippage during the production process. By going through a mold flow analysis, your product is secure against air traps, shrinkage, sink marks and voids, warpage, weld lines and meld lines even after it is taken through all the processing steps.
