The client got in touch with us for a Revit MEP project. They were already working on a residential project which had a building block of 41 apartments. They wanted our team to develop a model of the same plan. They wanted us to create 41 models for 41 apartments within a short time of 30 days.

The client sent us the 3D architectural Revit models and markups on the mechanical and electrical lines through Dropbox. Since the project had a short deadline, we assigned 6 full-time resources for the project which comprised of 5 drafters and 1 quality checking lead. Our BIM representative received the files from the client and passed it on to the operations team after reviewing.
Based on the markups, our team developed the Revit MEP models on the architectural files received from the client. The files were checked for quality and sent to the client for approval. We addressed the changes suggested by the client and delivered the Revit MEP coordinated drawings and models to the client.
The client was highly satisfied with the Revit MEP models created by our team using the Revit 2018 software. We completed the entire project within the stipulated deadline without any major assistance from the client. The client was impressed at the cost-effectiveness of the project and promised to outsource the future project to Outsource2india.
