Requirement & Challenges

The client required 3D modeling and 2D drafting for few of their new components and was looking for an experienced engineering service provider with expertise in PTC Creo 4.0. Since the components were new, those needed to be created with minutest details in mind for the easy manufacturing process and to omit cost manufacturing error.

The final designs needed to incorporate the initial suggestions made by the manufacturing team. The project also required a team with an understanding of the standards and guidelines to design the component that can qualify in every safety and quality check.

Our Solution

For this project, the team consisted of four mechanical engineers and a quality analyst to ensure the models met all the specification noted by the client.

The team underwent a training for three days and understand the nitty-gritty of the component to accommodate the changes as marked in the pdf files received from the client. The team also had daily review meetings to keep the client aware of all the changes that were made to the drawings. The team provided the 3D modeling for the two components in 30 days. The client was deeply pleased with the effort and workmanship the team offered. The output file was provided in PTC Creo and PDFs files.
