The client has developed a landline phone as well as iPhone and iPad apps that people with hearing loss can use. The special landline phone and apps have an interface that displays a written transcription of what the person at the other end of the line is saying.
The company makes use of artificial intelligence, speech recognition software, and dedicated speech engineers to listen to what is being said on the phone and convert the audio into error-free text, enabling those with hearing impairment to understand what the person at the other end of the phone line is saying. Thus, normal conversations can be carried out using this special interface. The interface also comes with a scroll option that allows the person with the hearing impairment to go back and read through the entire conversation.
