• The transcription customer uploads the voice files onto Outsource2india’s secure FTP server.
• The project manager at Outsource2india will download all the files and assign the files to be transcribed to our professional transcribers.
• All the files will go through a quality assurance process, where our certified proof readers will check and correct the errors in the transcribed files.
• The completed files will be sent back to the customer through email or by uploading the files on to the secure FTP.

2. Web-Based Transcription

• We log in to our transcription customer’s web based application, where the audio files are loaded.
• Transcription professionals from O2I will be assigned by a project manager to transcribe the audio files into text files on the same web based application or on O2I’s systems.
• The files will go through a quality assurance process, where our certified proof readers will check and correct the errors in the transcribed files.
• If the files are transcribed at our office, they will be sent back to the customer through email or by uploading the files on to the secure FTP.

3. Remote Login Transcription

• We remotely log in and access the audio files from our transcription customer’s parent software application.
• A project manager from O2I will assign the files to transcription professionals. Our transcription experts will transcribe the audio files into text on the same parent software application.
• The transcribed files will go through a quality assurance process, where our certified proof readers will check and correct the errors in the transcribed files at every 30 minutes of the process, depending on the volume of work.
• The transcribed files are then submitted on to the same parent software application.
