The client is a risk management firm specialized in offering a plethora of insurance products and services. They are based in Wisconsin, United States, and have a global presence with more than 10,000 customers.
Initially, the customer turned to FWS to clip 25 images. They wanted to include a team of two resource experts, including a designer and an expert in photo-cropping. They wanted us to cut, manipulate, and change the color of the photos. After understanding the customer's requirements, we came to the conclusion that the color change for each image would take between 30 and 35 minutes.

The client decided to go for a trial project to test our team's capabilities as they were unsure of our image editing skills. For the trial, the client sent us about 25 images to edit and we assigned 2 full-time resources for the project. We completed the clipping of the images within quick turnaround time.
The client was extremely delighted to see the results of the trial project and decided to outsource the entire project to us. The project is ongoing and the client provides us with approximately 30 images per day to edit and this number will go up to 100 in the future.
The client sends us the images every month via a secure FTP channel. Our team provides the required services such as image manipulation, color changing, and image clipping wherever necessary. The color change manipulation takes about 35 minutes for each image whereas image manipulation takes about an hour per image.
The client was delighted to see the results of the project and promised to outsource all their future projects to Outsource2india. For example: The work you had in mind costs $90. Since the minimum amount accepted is $150, you will pay the amount and get credit for the remaining $60. This amount of $60 can be used anytime within the next 2 months. Please note that post the stipulated period the credit you have will lapse.
