We were approached by a client who is a proprietor of a South Korean Photo Restoration company. The client was a reputed servicer of photo restoration orders from customers. The client preferred to outsource portrait restoration because they didn't have the bandwidth to handle the increase in orders.

Client Requirements

Outsource2india was approached because the client couldn't keep up with the increase in orders and was keen to save cost in the long run. The requirement had to be processed using Adobe Photoshop. The client requested for a trial service involving 15 images and planned to outsource $8,000 worth of project if trials were successful.

Project Challenges

The requirement was challenging because the client requested faster TAT for image restoration irrespective of the complexity.

Our Solution

The trials were completed by a single resource who restored 15 images using Adobe Photoshop. We received the batch of images by email from the client. The finished image files were uploaded in the Dropbox for seamless access. The client felt delighted with results and contracted 1400 simple images with a TAT of one week. O2I was successful in delivering 200 image files in a day without lapse in quality or TAT.

Results

The cost savings achieved by the client was significantly higher. They saw a 50% boost in savings and expressed satisfaction with the quality of image restoration. Eventually, the client was successful in serving customers at a greater pace than before.
