The client provides solar energy products and solutions to a growing number of customers. They were looking for FEA analysis for their progressive and cost-effective top of pole solar panel mounting systems. The requirement was to conduct structural and thermal analysis to find out the strength of the structure to withstand wind load and temperature fluctuations. Since wind load calculations are tricky and require expert analysis, the client was looking for a skilled and experienced engineering services partner for their product families. The pre-fabricated steel structures needed to be studied to gauge the geographical risks. The challenge was to study various wind load levels to find out the structure strength and sustainability.
