We have been using Flatworld for outsourcing Engineering services for several months now. We had no prior experience in outsourcing, and really did not know what to expect. Due to our lack of experience in dealing with offsite employees, we made some errors early, but once we got our routine in place, things have ran very smoothly for us. There was resistance from our "in house" engineering staff early in the project, but we have now all learned to rely on "Flatworld" for many of our engineering needs. In fact, on India's "Independence day" our "in house" engineer, that in the beginning was so resistive to the program, called me to complain that he could not get everything that was needed done that day, because "India is on Holiday",,,, so obviously Flatworld has become an integrated part of our business plan. We are like most corporations, there are several companies competing in the same market. We have used Flatworld to provide services that our competition cannot begin to offer.
