The customer

The customer is a leading home theatre installation company that offers premium services like light and sound design for high-end homes.

The challenge

The customer wanted the sales agents to have prices for quotations and the flexibility of putting together various home theater packages for customers during the field visit.

The project

The mobile app team at Outsource2india created an iPad application that allows sales reps to use a fun and interactive way of presenting the products and the prices and packages available.

The sales reps can choose from different types of packages: Silver, Gold, Platinum and define each aspect of the home theatre system. The client can choose the type of TV, the lights, the sound system etc. and the sales rep can give the final quote based on the choices made.

The app will also allow the sales rep to show a graphical presentation of the entire system and how the various components will fit with each other.

The sales rep can then use this stored data to send a formal quote to the potential client.

The result

Using this flexible and easy-to-use iPad application, the sales team can make effective presentations and answer questions about the price of the product. The client has the option of choosing different components to see how the home theater set up and how the pricing will get affected.
