1. Do you offer a free pilot program?
Yes. We offer a FREE pilot program for a five day period. This free pilot program is applicable for all the healthcare services offered at O2I. You can avail this free pilot program even before signing a contract with O2I.
2. How do I get started with outsourcing healthcare services?
At O2I, we follow a simple four-step procedure to help you get started.
- You can call us directly or complete the contact us form
- We will contact you to understand your requirements, answer your questions and provide you with a price estimate
- We will then provide a free, no obligation 5 day trial to demonstrate our capabilities
- After the free trial period, you can either choose to outsource to O2I or opt out with no obligations.
3. Do I have to outsource my entire project or can I select specific tasks or functions to outsource?
At O2I, we believe in building custom solutions for every customer. You can outsource your entire project or a specific task. Just tell us your requirements and we will build a custom workflow and team to meet your specific requirements.
4. Will I be communicating to India directly?
O2I has client support executives both in the U.S. and in India. Initially, a U.S client manager will answer your queries and directly manage your ramp-up process. Once your team is in place, you will be assigned an Indian client manager who will directly work with your team. You can communicate with your client manager between 9 A.M. – 6 P.M. EST by phone, email and chat. In addition to this, weekly or monthly conference calls will be scheduled with your client manager to discuss your account needs. At O2I, we hand pick our client managers for excellent client management and English speaking skills.
5. Will I incur long distance calling charges when I call India?
No, you will not incur any international calling charges. All the phone calls that you make will be to U.S. phone numbers that will be directed to our operations center at India. You might only have to call a different state in the U.S and most call plans provide free inter-state calls.
