He brings an understanding of the BPO/KPO segment that is vital in helping today's businesses continue to remain focused on core competencies.
David Antony (CEO, Business Solutions) comes in with over 15 years experience in the service and IT Industry, serving in various capacities such as Customer Support, Account Servicing, Business Development and Profit Centre Head. After completing his MBA, David has worked with some of the leading training and consultancy firms in India and the Middle East. A key leader of the Business Development team, David ensures that Flatworld focuses on understanding and providing what each of our clients need to make their investments pay off.
Anand Mathew (CEO, Global Shared Services) comes in with 16 years of experience in the Marketing and Advertising industry. A mechanical engineer, he has served in senior management capacities in advertising agencies and Marketing consultancies in India and the Middle East. He has functioned in Strategic roles in building brands and has worked across domains from Automobile, FMCG to IT and ITES segments.
Seby Kallarakkal holds an engineering degree from IIT Kharagpur and an MS in software systems from BITS Pilani, He has over 12 years industry experience and has worked in various roles including Business Analyst, Designer and CTO. His keen logical and analytical skills and experience in working with customers across various industry verticals and domains enables him to quickly identify core issues in providing business and technology solutions.
