2. Distribution of Work: Once determined, the project's work is distributed equally among specialized teams for completion. Each team reports to a project manager.
3. Execution: Hard copy documents are scanned, and any manual keying or cleanup (if necessary) are completed. File conversions requested by the customer, in formats like MS Excel, Word, Access or .CSV, are also done during this stage.
4. Quality Control: Extensive editing and formatting checks are performed.
5. Project Delivery: Your successfully-completed project is transferred using File Transfer Protocol (FTP) from a secure server ID for download.

Data is backed-up for 90 days from the date of your project's delivery. After this, a Database Manager will delete all documents from the system, for security purposes.
