Just send a small sample (10 minutes) of your audio/video file and we complete the transcription for the sample audio/video file and send it back to you.

4. How will the transcribed audio/video files be sent?

After completing the transcription of your audio/video files, we can email the word documents to you or we can upload the word documents on the assigned FTP.

5. What is your turnaround time for transcription services?

Our transcription professionals strive to provide the completed transcription files within a fast turnaround time. However, our turnaround time will vary between 7 to 10 hours depending on the quality of your audio and the spoken accent in your audio/video file. The transcribed audio/video files will then be sent for a quality check, which will take about an hour’s time.
