O2I ensures the quality of the courseware through the entire development process. Quality checks by senior designers and developers are conducted at the end of each phase before client approval.

 The following flowchart briefly outlines the quality process followed at Outsource2india.

Analysis
At the end of the analysis phase, the client approves of the requirements.

• Senior ID – Review of CRS
• SME/ Client Signoff

Design
At the end of the design phase, a senior instructional designer will QC the storyboard before it is sent for client approval.

• Storyboard Unit Testing
• QC by Senior ID on Storyboard
• SME/ Client Signoff

Production
At the end of the development phase our internal
QC team and the instructional designer working on the project will conduct a round of quality checks before it is sent to the client.

• Unit Testing by Programmer
• QC by ID
• User Acceptance Testing (organised by client)
• Client signoff

Support and maintenance provided during the implementation phase helps in ironing out any remaining issues during the implementation phase.

The evaluation phase further provides inputs to improve the effectiveness of the courseware produced.
