The Challenge:

O2I was approached by the company to take care of charge and demographic entry. The company decided to offshore because of the following reasons:

We are processing 3000+ claims per month for 36 EMS companies through this client. The areas of engagement are Charge (calls) entry, Patient Demographics and payment posting.
