The following describes the steps in our data entry process.

Step 1

You send us your source documents in the format of your choice. You can send your documents to us in any of the following formats:

• Physical documents
• Scanned images
• PDF, Word, Excel or XML documents
• Online source
  

Step 2

We, at Outsource2india will access your files, by using one of the following methods:

• You can upload your files on our secure FTP and we will access them
• You can email or fax your documents to us
• We can remotely access your files through a secure VPN
• We can access your documents through a web application
• You can send us your documents through courier/mail

Step 3

The data entry operators at O2I perform the data entry.

• We will access and download your documents
• Our data entry professionals will sort, classify and allocate the data
• The data entry will then be meticulously performed by the data entry team
• The completed data entry files will go through a Quality Assurance process to ensure accuracy
• The completed and error-free data entry files are sent back to you

Step 4

We will send the completed data entry files to you by choosing any one of the following methods. We will choose the method that is preferred by you.

• We can upload the completed files to a secure FTP and you can access them
• We can email or fax the completed files to you
• You can remotely access the completed files thorough a secure VPN
• You can access the completed files through a web application
• We can send you the completed files by mail or courier
